Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders up to ₹2,000. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to us. A re-shipping fee may apply for re-dispatch.
