At MyIndiAura, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

You can return products within 7 days of delivery. Beyond this window, we are unable to accept returns.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags intact
• In its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
• Custom or personalised orders

How to Return

Email us at connect@myindiaura.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if defective. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
